Account Deletion

You can delete your Padosi Mart account and all associated data directly from within the app at any time.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

Open the Padosi Mart app.
Tap the Profile tab (bottom navigation).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Tap Delete in the confirmation dialog.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

What data is deleted

Your profile — name, email, phone number, flat number, and profile photo
Your order history
Your store and product listings (if you are a seller)
Your push notification tokens

What data may be retained

Aggregated, anonymised analytics data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained by Google Firebase Analytics as per Google's Privacy Policy.

Unable to access the app?

If you cannot sign in to the app, email us at rrappsdevelopment@gmail.com and we will manually delete your account and data within 7 business days.
