Tap "My Store" in the app, fill in your store name, category, and a short description. Your store is sent for community admin review.

Once approved, add your products — name, price, category, and photo. You can add, edit, or remove listings anytime.

Is there a fee to open a store?
No. Opening and running a store on Padosi Mart is currently free. We do not charge a commission on sales.
How long does store approval take?
Your community admin reviews new store applications. Approval typically happens within 24 hours. You'll be notified in the app once your store goes live.
How do I receive payment?
Payments are settled directly between you and the buyer — cash on delivery or UPI, as you agree. Padosi Mart does not process or hold payments.
Can I sell to people outside my community?
No. Padosi Mart is a closed community marketplace. Only residents verified within your community can see and order from your store. This keeps things trusted and local.
What if I want to take a break?
Just toggle your store to "Closed" from the My Store screen. No orders will come in while your store is closed, and you can reopen anytime.
Can I run more than one store?
Currently each account supports one store. If you need multiple stores, contact us and we'll work something out.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your account, store, product listings, and order history will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone. See our Account Deletion page for details.
